1 What You Need

Have your iptvproviders credentials ready from your welcome email: Username, Password, and Server URL.
  • Android TV box, Google TV, Android phone, or tablet (Android 5.0+)
  • Active iptvproviders subscription
  • Stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
  • Google Play Store access (or ability to sideload APKs)

3 Setup with IPTV Smarters Pro

    Open the App

    Launch IPTV Smarters Pro. On first launch, tap Add New User.

    Select Login Method

    Choose "Login with Xtream Codes API" — the easiest and most reliable method.

    Fill In Your Credentials

    Enter the details from your welcome email:

    • Any Name: iptvproviders
    • Username: your username
    • Password: your password
    • URL: your server URL (e.g. http://server.iptvproviders.me:8080)

    Tap Add User

    The app loads your channels, VOD, and EPG automatically. First load may take 30–90 seconds.

4 Setup with TiviMate (Android TV)

    Open TiviMate

    Launch TiviMate on your Android TV box. On the welcome screen tap Add Playlist.

    Select Xtream Codes

    Choose "Xtream Codes" as the playlist type.

    Enter Server Details

    Input your server URL, username, and password from your welcome email. Tap Next.

    Name Your Playlist

    Give it a name (e.g. "iptvproviders") and tap Finish. TiviMate will load all channels and the EPG.

5 Troubleshooting

  • Channels not loading: Check your internet connection and verify credentials are entered exactly as in your email (case-sensitive).
  • Buffering on Android TV: Connect via Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi. In app settings reduce stream quality to HD instead of 4K.
  • App not in Play Store: Some regions restrict IPTV apps. Use the APK method: download the APK file directly and enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in Settings → Security.
  • Black screen on channels: Change the video player in app settings to use an external player like MX Player or VLC.
  • EPG not showing: In TiviMate, go to Settings → EPG and tap "Update EPG Now".
