Smart TV Setup

1 Before You Start

• Smart TV connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
• Active iptvproviders subscription
• Your M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials from your welcome email
• Access to your TV's app store or USB port (for some models)

2 Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS)

Samsung TVs run Tizen OS. The best app available is Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters.

  Open the Samsung App Store

  Press the Home button on your remote, navigate to Apps, then use the search icon.

  Search for "Smart IPTV"

  Type "Smart IPTV" or "IPTV Smarters" and install the app (free download).

  Note Your TV's MAC Address

  Open Smart IPTV — it will display your device's MAC address on screen. Note it down.

  Activate via Smart IPTV Website

  On your phone or PC, go to the Smart IPTV website, enter your MAC address, and paste your M3U URL from your iptvproviders welcome email. Save it.

  💡 Smart IPTV has a one-time activation fee of ~$5.49 after a trial period.

  Restart the App

  Close and reopen Smart IPTV on your Samsung TV. Your channels will load automatically.

3 LG Smart TV (webOS)

LG TVs run webOS. The recommended app is SS IPTV, available in the LG Content Store.

  Open LG Content Store

  Press the Home button, select the LG Content Store icon, then go to Apps.

  Install SS IPTV

  Search for "SS IPTV" and install it. It's free with no activation fee.

  Open SS IPTV

  Launch the app. On the welcome screen, select Settings (gear icon in the top right).

  Add Your Playlist

  Go to Playlist → Remote Playlist. Paste your M3U URL from your iptvproviders welcome email and save.

  Return to Home Screen

  Press Back or Home. SS IPTV will load your channels. Navigate using Live TV, Films, or Series tabs.

  💡 Press the asterisk (*) button on your LG remote for extra options while streaming.

4 Sony / Android TV

Sony TVs running Android TV follow the same process as an Android TV box. Refer to the Android TV guide for full instructions. Summary:

  Open Google Play Store

  On your Sony TV, open the Google Play Store and search for IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate.

  Install & Open the App

  Install IPTV Smarters Pro and open it. Select Add New User → Login with Xtream Codes API.

  Enter Your Credentials

  Enter your iptvproviders username, password, and server URL from your welcome email. Tap Add User.

5 M3U URL Method (All Brands)

Most Smart TV IPTV apps support loading channels via an M3U URL. This is the universal method that works across all brands.

• Open your IPTV app and look for "Add Playlist" or "Remote URL"
• Paste your M3U URL exactly as provided
• Save and let the app load your channel list (may take 1–2 minutes)
• For EPG (TV guide), use the EPG URL also provided in your welcome email

6 Troubleshooting

• App not in App Store: Some Samsung/LG regions have restricted app stores. Use a Firestick or Android box via HDMI as an alternative.
• Channels loading but not playing: Check your internet speed. Smart TVs need at least 15 Mbps for 4K. Try connecting via Ethernet cable.
• Black screen after selecting channel: Some Smart TV apps have codec limitations. Switch to a different stream quality (SD/HD instead of FHD/4K) in settings.
• Smart IPTV shows "no playlist": Make sure you saved the M3U URL on the Smart IPTV website using the correct MAC address shown in the app.
• LG SS IPTV channels not updating: In SS IPTV settings, go to Playlist and tap the refresh icon next to your playlist.
